Exceptions to free shipping:

Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Japan which it has a fixed shipping cost $250 USD.

Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days (unless otherwise noted on the individual product page or order confirmation email).

In-transit shipping times will vary depending on where you live. Once shipped, your order should arrive within 5 business days. International shipping times will vary depending on the country.
Please keep in mind that for non US orders, there may be additional taxes and duties to pay upon arrival of the shipment to your country.

Once your order is processed and prepared for shipment, you will receive an email with the order details and a tracking number. Note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for the tracking number to appear online, but rest assured that the package is on its way!

We want you to love your purchase! For all orders within USA, Canada or Europe, we offer free returns for Store Credit. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with an item, you can initiate a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your full order.

It takes approximately 14 business days to inspect and process your return from the day it arrives at our warehouse. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed and your refund has been initiated.
